RETURN POLICY

In case you wish to return a product, you have the opportunity to do so within 10 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition .

For reasons of hygiene, returns on earrings are not accepted In case of change the return costs are borne by the customer In case of any defect (the product has been damaged or broken in the package during shipment), replacement is made only if we are informed on the day of receipt.

No replacement is possible beyond this time. In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional charges.

In case the return is not made within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, dyostore.gr has the right not to accept the product back and not to replace it.

In any case it is necessary to provide proof. In case you wish to replace a product with another product code, the new product will be invoiced with the prices valid on the day of the return shipping.

In case the package is returned and it is proved that the return conditions mentioned above do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.
